Food and household items
Food aid
- Collect your queue number at the door. No advance reservation available.
- You may collect food aid 1 time per week at the following times:
Monday
- collect your queue number 12.00, distribution starts 13.00
Wednesday
- collect your queue number 8.30, distribution starts 9.15
- collect your queue number 12.00, distribution starts 13.00
Friday
- collect your queue number 8.30, distribution starts 9.15
- collect your queue number 12.00, distribution starts 13.00
We are open throughout the year, but do close on major holidays. Please check food aid holiday timetables at www.ruoka-apu.fi.
Bread, household items, hygiene products, clothes
- offer changes every time according the what donations we receive
Tuesday and Thursday 9.00-13.00
Breakfast
- porridge, egg, sandwiches, savoury and sweet pasties, tee and coffee
Tuesday and Thursday 8.00-9.30
Practical help with everyday issues
Support with KELA and other public office issues
- Monday-Friday 10.00-14.00 or on the phone 0503699614
- Practical support and help with KELA, social services, employment services, housing, bills, etc.
- Help in different languages.

Legal aid
- advice and help with issues that require a legal professional
- No appointment required

Support for seniors
- Monday 10.00-12.00 or on the phone 0503699614
- Other seniors offer support at the centre or over the phone 0503699614
Support for families with children
- Peer support,, guidance and support to parents in any family situation, including issues with social services Wednesday 10.00-14.00.
- Family social work helps 1st Wednesday of the every month 8.30-10.00. You can access advice on the phone on 0291512360 (Neuvis service).
Housing support
- advice and practical help with housing issues, homelessness, especially if you have rent arrears or lost your credit rating Friday 12.00-14.00.

Finnish language groups
- Finnish language learning in a small group on Tuesdays and Thursdays
- discussion group on various topics on Fridays

You may arrive in a taxi at the door.

Our premises are accessbile. Guide dogs are welcome.
